Questi termini regolano l'acquisto dei materiali formativi (guide, corsi, workbook) e delle call 1:1 offerti da Golden Bear Capital tramite Stripe. La newsletter e la chat sono regolate dai termini di Substack; il software TradeDeck dai propri termini. Acquistando, li accetti insieme alle note legali e all'informativa sui rischi.

Materiali formativi. Contenuto digitale, consegnato come file scaricabile (PDF) o come accesso a un'area riservata. Ricevi una licenza personale, non trasferibile, per uso privato. Non puoi rivendere, condividere, pubblicare o distribuire il materiale, né in tutto né in parte. Le copie possono riportare nome ed email dell'acquirente.

Call 1:1. Una sessione individuale a schermo condiviso della durata indicata al momento dell'acquisto, prenotata dopo il pagamento tramite il link che ricevi via email. È una conversazione formativa sul tuo processo: non è consulenza finanziaria e non produce raccomandazioni personalizzate.

I prezzi sono indicati in euro al momento dell'acquisto. Il pagamento avviene tramite Stripe, che processa la transazione ed emette la ricevuta. Le eventuali imposte applicabili sono indicate prima della conferma. Non conserviamo i dati della carta.

I materiali digitali sono consegnati via email, con link di download, subito dopo la conferma del pagamento, e comunque entro 24 ore. Per la call ricevi entro 24 ore il link per scegliere data e ora; le disponibilità sono in orario europeo, in italiano o in inglese a tua scelta.

Per i contenuti digitali il diritto di recesso di 14 giorni previsto per i consumatori decade nel momento in cui il download o l'accesso inizia, con il tuo consenso espresso alla consegna immediata e la presa d'atto della perdita del diritto di recesso, che confermi al checkout. Se non hai ancora scaricato né aperto il materiale, puoi chiedere il rimborso entro 14 giorni scrivendo a invest@gb.capital.

Per la call puoi cancellare o spostare l'appuntamento fino a 24 ore prima senza costi. Se al termine della call ritieni che non sia valsa il prezzo, scrivicelo entro 7 giorni: rimborsiamo per intero, senza chiederti spiegazioni.

Se un corso include una call, questa non ha scadenza, ma ti consigliamo di usarla dopo aver completato il corso, con una lista di domande. Non è cedibile e non è convertibile in denaro.

Il materiale è per te. Condividerlo, caricarlo su siti o gruppi, o usarlo per prodotti commerciali comporta la revoca della licenza e delle eventuali call residue, ferme le azioni a tutela dei nostri diritti.

Possiamo aggiornare i materiali nel tempo; le versioni aggiornate delle guide sono rese disponibili agli acquirenti quando pubblicate. Possiamo ritirare un prodotto dal catalogo in qualsiasi momento, senza effetto sugli acquisti già completati.

Si applica la legge italiana. Per i consumatori resta competente il foro del luogo di residenza e restano ferme le tutele inderogabili del paese di residenza. Per qualsiasi problema scrivici prima: quasi tutto si risolve con un'email.

These terms govern the purchase of educational material (guides, courses, workbooks) and 1:1 calls offered by Golden Bear Capital through Stripe. The newsletter and the chat are governed by Substack's terms; the TradeDeck software by its own terms. By purchasing you accept these terms together with the legal notice and the risk disclosure.

Educational material. Digital content, delivered as a downloadable file (PDF) or as access to a private area. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence for private use. You may not resell, share, publish or distribute the material, in whole or in part. Copies may carry the buyer's name and email.

1:1 call. An individual screen-sharing session of the length stated at purchase, booked after payment through the link you receive by email. It is an educational conversation about your process: it is not financial advice and produces no personalised recommendations.

Prices are shown in euro at the time of purchase. Payment is made through Stripe, which processes the transaction and issues the receipt. Any applicable taxes are shown before confirmation. We do not store card data.

Digital material is delivered by email, with a download link, right after payment confirmation and in any case within 24 hours. For the call you receive within 24 hours the link to pick a date and time; availability is on European hours, in Italian or English at your choice.

For digital content the 14-day consumer right of withdrawal lapses once the download or access begins, with your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal, which you confirm at checkout. If you have not yet downloaded or opened the material, you can request a refund within 14 days by writing to invest@gb.capital.

For the call you can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before at no cost. If at the end of the call you feel it was not worth the price, tell us within 7 days: we refund in full, no explanation needed.

If a course includes a call, it does not expire, but we recommend using it after completing the course, with a list of questions. It is not transferable and cannot be converted into money.

The material is for you. Sharing it, uploading it to sites or groups, or using it for commercial products results in the revocation of the licence and of any remaining calls, without prejudice to the protection of our rights.

We may update the material over time; updated versions of the guides are made available to buyers when published. We may withdraw a product from the catalogue at any time, without effect on purchases already completed.

Italian law applies. For consumers, the courts of the place of residence remain competent and the mandatory protections of the country of residence remain in force. For any problem write to us first: almost everything is solved with an email.
