Golden Bear Capital is not an authorised financial intermediary, is not registered as an investment adviser and does not manage third-party assets. No broker pays us and nobody hands us products to place. Read the risk disclosure before using any content.

The site takes no payments directly. The newsletter and the chat are delivered through Substack, the software through TradeDeck, educational material and calls through Stripe. Every payment is processed by the platform named at the time of purchase, which issues the receipt and applies its own conditions in addition to our terms.

Texts, analysis, charts, images, the GB Capital® mark and the Golden Bear Capital name are ours or used under licence. Brief quotation with attribution and a link is allowed. Full reproduction, redistribution, sale or sharing of subscriber-only content and of purchased educational material is not allowed, in any form.
